Default Sim and mSR vs. sim and 50 sized build

Ok guys, here is a new dilemma I have. I was visiting my lhs yesterday and I was trying the sim. ( I currently don't own a sim due to having only mac computers) I was crashing every few seconds, but enjoying the experience . While there I saw two things that caught my eye. I saw an RTF Blade mSR and a TT Raptor 50 SE kit. Now here is my question. Is it better to get the mSR and use that with the sim or should I just use that money and get the 50 sized Raptor to build and sim? I really have the itch to build something and get to know how helis work, but I know that I am far from being able to fly them. This trip to the lhs really opened my eyes that I am nowhere near where I thought I was in terms of heli experience. After going through decisions on what to buy, I have decided to go with either one of these routes. I am going to forget the other options I have talked about in earlier threads, since I am nowhere near ready for those helis. I also picked the Raptor 50 SE because my lhs stocks all of the parts I would need for it.

Thanks for the opinions,

Brent

Raptor 50SE gets my vote. Great build experience and fun to learn with.
