Hey Jim,
It was fun listening to the podcast. Sounds like Jamie has some really big plans for the future. As a bonus, its always nice to hear someone tell Chris that he needs to buy a Rave! LOL

I've listened to the interview, and the guys forgot to ask Jamie a very important question - a question Jamie is in a unique position to answer.
Which do chicks dig more - football or helis? Now you have to understand there's noting inherently wrong in the question. Many of us are in the same boat - we're WELL past the point where our bodies care. None of us are going to start hanging out at the mall talking to hotties. On nthe other hand, in our minds we are all masters of our universe, and in a place deep down inside, where we dare not often go, we all think the same thing when we see <insert age appropriate girl here>: "Yeah, she wants me". I'm of the opinion that given the difficulty in flying helis, the people that are attracted to the hobby probably weren't football stars. Basically this is our chance to show off our multi-colored feathers as all the chicks keep their eyes on us and their backs to the non-heli-flying sports stars/musicians/bad boys/rich guys. So Jamie, please give all our egos a boost and tell us that girls swoon when you do big, lazy loops (ask your dad what swoon means). Grampa Tony Last edited by Grampa; 03-05-2010 at 02:40 PM. Wow don't believe I've ever been asked a question quite like that before
![]() At school (non heli life) I just like to have fun and mess around. I'm outgoing and laugh alot. Flying life I like to try to be the best I can possibly be, I am naturally competitive and flying and competing gives me a great oppurtunity to express that. I want to try and be the best in the world and it is a constant climb and I just try to get better every day.

I see you politely avoided my question. I'm just curious what your firends think of you flying - do they find it interesting and entertaining, or is it just another video game (only in real life)?

Oh ohkay I can answer that. haha
The ones who know about it think it's really cool, they watch the vids on youtube and are always asking me when I'm going to another event. Seems like everyone who has no knowledge of the hobby think it is really cool when they see it for the first time. I think this "hobby" has the potential to be an "extreme sport" someday... We just need it to be introduced to the right people... There was a time when jumping dirt bikes was a "hobby", but now they have corporate sponsors and big time TV contracts and everything, every summer they gather at the Staples Center in L.A. for the X Games. Millions of people watch and it is (in my opinion) one of the most exciting things on TV. Not only do they have dirt bikes but they also have skateboarding and street bikes as well... I truly believe our "hobby" has the potential to be on that kind of a stage someday. Like I said, it just needs to be exposed to the right kind of people who can get it to that stage
