This is how it all started

Memories........My wife gave this kit to me for my birthday. I had found some old pictures of my original Hornet and thought it would be fun to build one again.

Yep, that brings back memories. I had a Hornet, Blackfoot, Frog, RC10 when I was young. I hated how the Blackfoot would eat up dogbones like crazy!

I hear ya ,I Miss the Blackfoot too but the old classic I miss most is my grasshopper I even thought about buying a re released one but it wouldn't be the same now,I do still have a like new losi jrx2 ,bought it when my son was born and he just turned 18 so it has been with us for that long ,bit of a shelf queen though

my first RC car was a 1:10 cscale sprint car. that thing was almost indestructible, and with the Z shaped fin on the roof, rolls were no big thing, it would almost always land to the wheels again. my brother and I had matching ones, and would race up and down the road for hours.

Sweet Pics. Brings back all the good memories. I.E 800 mah 7.2 packs, timer chargers, 100 watt soildering irons.
