Just thought I would ask to see if anyone knows. Because I fly single stick I frequently get emails from people looking either for single stick or special radios with different arrangments and control layouts.
I know in the past there were places that modified radios for people. Does anyone know of any places that will do these kind of radio modifications. Curtis

Tony at Radio South has done quite a few Mods from what I have Seen. Quite a few were on display last time I visited the Pensacola Location.
Check them out: http://www.radiosouthrc.com/custom_work.htm |

thats one wild looking radio. I could see that for a car or other land vehicle, even for planes (my first plane was single stick with a throttle slider) but how would you manage all the inputs needed for say heli flying.

The Switches I am not sure about, but the radio is basically cradled by your left Arm, and the collective is increased by the left hand, and Rudder and Cyclics are on the Gimbal controlled on the Right Stick.
The Switches I assume you just reach and hope for the best! |
